About Us

Tony & Angela met in Denver in 1997 while they where both in the restaurant industry. Tony was an Operations/Bar/Sales Manager for a large themed steakhouse in the Denver area where he developed a taste for quality pork delights! Angela has an extensive background in accounting, human resources and customer service. Together they make a winning combination.

The Pig & The Hog Food Truck will be located in strategic and highly visible locations. We will offer lower prices on our menu compared to our competitors and provide high quality, unique food offerings and top notch customer service.


Our core, pork based offerings include The popular Cody Cuban Sandwich, Pulled Pork BBQ Street Tacos, an amazing Flat-Top Fired Cheese Sandwich that we call the Pig Pen, scratch-made jalapenos, BBQ Beans and Coleslaw. We also run weekly specials such as Breakfast Burritos, Crispy Baby Back Ribs, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and other creative, fun and inexpensive offerings. Check out our menu for our daily items.
